We work together towards our goals
Alexander Jung, shift supervisor in Nordhausen
“I started at TRICOR three years ago as a shift supervisor in Plant 3 in Nordhausen. My most important tasks include personnel scheduling, controlling and monitoring production as well as being responsible for instructing and training employees. I also ensure compliance with occupational safety, order and cleanliness.
What I like most about my work is the appreciation, recognition, respect and constructive feedback. This contributes to a positive working atmosphere and motivates me to go to work every day. I particularly appreciate the communication style, the involvement of employees in various processes and the cultural diversity at TRICOR. In my team, cooperation is characterized by mutual respect and support. ”
International exchange with colleagues and customers
Nadine Rösch, Strategic Sales Support in Bad Wörishofen
“I started my training as an business advisor at TRICOR in 2017 and now work in Strategic Sales Support International. Thanks to the dual study program in International Business subsidized by TRICOR, I was able to grow professionally and was well prepared for new responsible tasks in the company.
What I particularly appreciate about my work is the collegial exchange across all national and international locations as well as the flat hierarchies. When working together as a team, you notice that reliability, structure and above all helpfulness are practiced by everyone.”
Good results can only be achieved together
Vadim Wecker, Head of Plant Logistics & Scheduling in Neuburg
“I started as an apprentice business advisor at TRICOR and am now Head of Plant Logistics and Scheduling. I was able to grow and develop at TRICOR, so that I was able to take up my current position after my further training as an industrial business administrator.
What I like most about my work is that I can help shape the processes and procedures and develop both personally and professionally. I particularly appreciate the informal and helpful interaction with colleagues at all levels.”
I have the opportunity to develop my skills
Josephine Richter, 2nd year industrial clerk apprentice
“What I particularly like about training as an business advisor is the variety of departments that I work in throughout my apprenticeship. As every assignment is different, I always acquire new knowledge and skills, which I can then apply in the other departments.
At TRICOR, there is a great working atmosphere in every department thanks to the family atmosphere, so I always feel comfortable.”
