To aid and guide our customers is also key so we work closely with our customers to understand their environmental goals and challenges and dedicate our resources to help them achieving this in their supply chain. Sustainability is an integral part of TRICOR Packaging Systems’ corporate philosophy. At the Viernheim site, we are certified in accordance with ISO 50001 and have created the conditions for efficient and resource-conserving energy use.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Occupational health and safety management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 45001:2018

Our employees are our greatest asset. For this reason, we also feel we have a responsibility towards to our employees at all locations in the area of occupational health and safety.
The Nordhausen and Neuburg an der Donau sites have been certified for the design of modular packaging systems made from multi-materials, assembly and co-packing services. This certificate confirms the introduction and application of occupational health and safety management in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 45001:2018 standard.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001

For TRICOR Packaging Systems, the environment is also an integral part of the corporate philosophy.

The environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 focuses on a continuous improvement process as a means of achieving the defined environmental objectives with regard to environmental performance. In-house environmental protection is a central component of the management system. In-house environmental protection aims to comply with legislation and minimise negative effects on the environment, e.g. in the form of soil or air pollution. Environmental management relies on the use of proven management tools. In business operations, environmental management focuses on processes that can have an impact on the environment.

With the environmental management system, optimised energy and resource efficiency can, among other things, lead to significant cost savings. Improvements in operational procedures can also be achieved through optimisation.
